A Safety and Maintenance Inspection Will Tell You If Your Home Is Home Safe and Sound
Years ago there was a television commercial in which an automobile mechanic warned that you could pay him now (for preventive maintenance), or you could pay him (substantially more) later. This good advice is even more true for homes than it is for cars and trucks.
Identifying small safety and maintenance problems before they become big and expensive problems usually costs less than fixing the problems later. It certainly costs less than fixing injury or death.
Our safety and maintenance inspection is a full home inspection with a special emphasis on safety and maintenance issues. We perform this inspection using the same standard as we use for a home inspection. See our Home Inspection page for a description of what is included in a home inspection.
Just as a periodic physical exam helps ensure your good health, this inspection helps ensure your home’s good health. Both are wise investments. Most homes should have this inspection about every five years.
